We call it “The vegan’s product”
As most of us know that, Flaxseeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, that are not found in most of the vegetarian foods...& so making the Flaxseed as “must eat” to vegans in all the aspects.
Note - Only one spoon a day!!
Flaxseed podi tastes best with Hot rice + ghee, Idly, dosa & Upma.
