Curry leaves powder
Imagine this, when you experience the curry leaves flavour during your whole meal - doesn’t this sound healthy and awesome. As you all know curry leaves helps in weight loss, improves your skin and hair health, eliminates toxic bacteria from your body and so it becomes healthy choice when you eat curry leaves rice once in awhile.
Here is the recommended recipe of RDP - Take a pan, add 3-4 tsp of oil,then mustard seeds, red chillies, jeera and RDP CURRY LEAVES POWDER and switch of the stove and let the powder soak in the mixture and mix the whole stuff in the rice.. Add 2-3 drops of lemon juice & pinch of salt for more taste! Here you go - easy curry leaves rice is ready....Yummy......!!
Ingredients - Curry leaves, Garlic, red chillies, urad dal, chana dal, coconut flakes.
Shelf life - 4 months.Fun Fact- As most of the kids don’t like to eat curry leaves directly it is better option to eat them in this way. Cool...Isn’t it?

Although the curry leaf aroma isn’t felt, the other ingredients in the powder makes it very aromatic. Besides the Molagai Podi , I now enjoy adding this curry leaves powder to my idli and Dosa. A must have powder
