Q: Do you stock your pickles?

A: Yes, we stock seasonal pickles such as mango, tamarind, amla pickles, etc. But, these are not stocked in pickle form. Raw pieces of the main ingredient i.e. mango, tamarind, etc. are cut, mixed in salt and chilli powder and stored for the future. Whenever you place an order for these pickles, we make them fresh from these stored raw pieces.

Q: Which oil is used in RDP Pickles?

A: We have our own oil extraction machine. Pure sesame oil is used for all the pickles, prepared at home with the love of our grandmothers and mothers.

Q: How are your products packaged?

A: Pickles are generally packaged in a food grade plastic jar and podis are packaged in a food grade ziplock plastic pouch. To ensure a safe delivery, we package your products in three leak-proof layers. All our packaging is tamper-proof to make sure your pickles and podis reach your kitchen intact with the same care and love they were made with.

Q: Is there any chance of leakage during shipment?

A: All our pickles and podis are packaged in 3 leak-proof layers ensuring no chance of leakage during shipment.

Q: What methods of payment are available at RDP Foods?

A: RDP Foods offer you multiple options for payment. You can pay via debit card and credit card as well as use Paytm and UPI to order your favourite pickles and podis.

Q: How long does it take to get my order delivered?

A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. It generally takes us one day to prepare and pack the ordered items. Thereafter, these products are shipped which generally takes 2-4 working days. Therefore, you can expect your delivery within 3-5 working days after placing the order.

Q: Do you deliver in my area?

A: RDP Foods delivers to all locations throughout India. Wherever you might be based, you can simply order through our website and we will deliver the authentic flavours of South India to your doorstep.

Q: Do you deliver outside India?

A: Yes, RDP Foods delivers its delicious pickles and podis throughout the globe. To date, we have delivered over 600+ orders to people based outside India. But, for international orders, you have to contact us personally. Drop us a message and we will connect with you shortly to deliver your favourite delicacies to your country.   

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: The delivery charge for any area based in India is Rs 40. However, you may avail of free delivery for orders above Rs 499. In the case of international orders, shipping charges depend upon the destination country as well as the weight of the shipment. 

Q: Is there any minimum order value?

A: No, there is no minimum order value in RDP Foods. You can even buy one product if you wish to.

Q: My money got debited but I didn't receive any order confirmation?

A: No need to worry! Sometimes due to technical issues, the server fails to send you the confirmation message. We, at RDP Foods, usually check them regularly and get back to our customers immediately. But, in case there is a delay, you can always mail us about confirmation at support@rdpfoodproducts.com
